Message: I had difficulty with pair of hiking boots purchased at Back Country Blacksburg. I took the boots to the store, explaining the problem. Store called the company (Merrill) about what they would do. Store called me within 3 days asking me to return to the store. I did so today at which time manager called Merrill. Store manager negotiated full store credit for the $150 boots. He had what I needed in stock. I am now wearing a brand new pair of Merrills. Very appreciative of both company and especially Back Country. Could not have asked for better customer service from these very personable and product-knowledgable folks.

I was highly satisfied with the conversations and advice that I was provided with. They also showed me how to wax my board and gave me a free tool.
