Message: I visited for the first time about a month ago. Was helped by a guy with gray hair, medium height, glasses. Really nice, very professional. I even wanted to carry one of the guns around in my pocket for a little while to see how it would feel in pocket carry. He had no problem with it. He showed me their online ordering system, which seems to be a great system, and he also explained the purchase procedure. I plan to buy two guns the in the near future and I am probably going to buy from them. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that their in-store inventory is a little sparse.

Message: I bought my Glock here. After going multiple places to talk, work down a price and narrow down my decision, Guns and Ammo gave me the best price. They were courteous, but not pushy. The sales man had a good personality joking around without stepping out of professional bounds. I will buy from them again.

Message: I had a so- so experience. The first person to help me wasn't very patient. I was trying to decide between 2 handguns and wanted to get a feel for them. After a couple of minutes, he put them back into the case and said to let him know if I needed anymore help. There weren't too many customers in the store, so I would have enjoyed a little more courtesy and patience in making my purchase/decision. A second employee came along and was a lot more helpful.

Message: The big huge tall guy is very friendly and knows what to find and where to find it. Of course you should already know what your looking for. Store is clean and well positioned. everyting fits and they have decent tactical gear. their 30rd magpuls ar 15! BUCKSSS! kinda makes me blown i bout $20 mags from va arms co. anyways prices are good, and staff is friendly, i live in md and will be going back.
